The Project:
The Project pursued $7.5 million New Markets Tax Credit allocation which provided financing for the construction of a 30,000 square foot health care clinic. Construction of the facility is anticipated to remediate a Brownfield Site. Operations of the new Clinic created 75 full-time equivalent (“FTE”) jobs. The Project Sponsor anticipated that 43,333 patients will be served annually at the Clinic.

The project created 75 directed permanent jobs and 83 constructions jobs. 15% of the construction contracts will go toward minority & women owned business enterprises (MWBE).
